Our fee depends on Scope of Work and Project’s Size, but for continuous business, our fees will always be minimal. The average turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days, and we handle all kinds of construction projects (Residential, Commercial, etc.).
The best way to know the exact fee of your project is to send us the plans via PDF, Dropbox link, or Google Drive, etc. We will review them and get back to you with our proposal for the Exact Fee and Turnaround Time.

After receiving the proposal from us, you can feel free to discuss or clear any questions via email or phone. We can also provide you with completed project samples to give you a better idea of our work.
Our standard format is in an Editable Excel Sheet, allowing you to easily make changes. If required, we can also provide software files such as Planswift, Bluebeam, or Mark-up Drawings.
We will never start working on your project unless you approve us to proceed.
